Earthquake Update
Life is slowly getting back to normal in our Mexican operations and in the areas affected in Mexico. Unfortunately, we did suffer human losses within our business and family community but we are praying for them and supporting them. We thank you, or customers and our partners, for your continued support and words of encouragement. Our operations are slowly getting back to pre-earthquake operations mode. However, our logistics are still dealing with backups and services problems. We will inform our customers of when special others or specific merchandise will arrive as we get more information. Earthquake: Special Order Announcement in U.S.
We have suffered a catastrophic earthquake at our Mexican operations. Our business family, associates, and partners are physically OK. However, some artisans that we work with have not checked in. We will continue to try to locate them or try to contact with them as soon as we are able. Our operations in Mexico have been suspended until further notice.
